1. Build calls into your daily routine

  3. You are more likely to catch a chief exec/director of a company at the beginning or end of the day
  4. Develop a script and learn it!
  5. Research the company/person you are calling
  6. Don’t be scared of rejection
  7. Be enthusiastic and sound upbeat and friendly
  8. Record all results in a database
  9. Call back/follow up when you say you are going to
  10. If all else fails, find someone who can do the calls for you or provide some telesales training
