Marketing launch – ThirdSectorProtect

We’re pleased as punch that we added value to NC Insurance when they were launching their charity division, ThirdSectorProtect.

Mark Burdett, Sales and Marketing Director at NC Insurance explains how we worked together with their team –

“We were first introduced to Stone Collective by Gateshead College who we were working with to recruit a marketing intern and complete some research for our charity division, ThirdSectorProtect. It became clear from the initial meeting with Vicki that she had a very clear understanding of what we wanted to achieve. Vicki’s clear passion for marketing, combined with her knowledge of the sector we were working with made Stone Collective the obvious choice and Vicki has delivered great results which has allowed us to launch our new charity insurance scheme with real confidence.”

Mark adds – “What we really liked about working with Stone Collective was how Vicki was able to communicate her findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner which allowed us to use the results in the most effective way. And as a direct result of working with Vicki we have recruited additional staff, seen an increase in inbound enquiries, have been introduced to other organisations working in the North East charity sector and have tailored our marketing message so it focuses on how local charities can benefit from working with a local charity insurance specialist.”

“For any company looking for help in maximising their marketing and growing their business, I would definitely recommend meeting up with Vicki from Stone Collective.”

Advertising campaign – Northumbria Police officers recruitment

In August 2016 we launched Be the difference – an integrated advertising campaign promoting the benefits of joining Northumbria Police. The campaign featured real operational officers showing a wide variety of roles from firearms, to dog handlers to 24/7 officers on the beat.

We utilised out of home media including Tyne & Wear Metro escalator posters, Metro carriage cards, bus backs and rears. The campaign was reinforced with a radio campaign, on Heart FM and Capital FM and testimonial case studies in the PR activity.

Marketing campaign – Ingeus – Social value in business

In 2015 we organised a marketing activity and promotion (and the event)Social value marketing for Ingeus.

The aim of the event was for SMEs to come along, learn more about the implications of the social value act and how meeting the requirements of the Act can benefit their business.

This event also highlighted how companies, who are considering taking on an apprenticeship or traineeship, could do so and what support was available. Attendees will be given the chance to talk to others about how this has helped their business to grow while supporting social value and the local community.

Our client at the time James Neilands says – “While managing a large ESF contract, I needed some support to create and deliver an educational / Marketing event and without hesitation I called Vicki Stone Marketing up and the ball was rolling. Of course I did meet with a few other interested parties, however there was no competition. Vicki Stone Marketing, was very reasonably priced, went the extra mile, was transparent and delivered without it being taxing on my time.

James added “I needed someone who just got the job done for me and understood my brief fully! Vicki Stone Marketing was great and for me the best thing was that their approach had zero ‘over promise and under deliver’. What I asked for was what I got with a little “going the extra mile” added in by Vicki.”
